On January 31, Promotora La Floresta successfully started the process of delivering houses to the first residents of the Urbanization.
The Casa Propia and Promotora La Floresta team carried out a special act for the first owners who received the keys to their home. The project, after-sales, marketing and sales departments accompanied these happy residents on this very special day for them and their families. Urbanization La Floresta, belongs to the master plan of Hacienda Santa Cecilia, located in the eastern part of Panama City; this project will carry out a residential development of low-income housing and preferential interest.
The project is planned to be developed in stages and has an estimated duration of 12 to 15 years. A development of 12,000 homes is planned in an area of 320 hectares that will have commercial, recreational, institutional areas, green areas and parks.
The first stage of development got off to a very good start with the commercialization of La Floresta, which already has its first stage of 281 houses completely sold, and now has its first homes delivered.
