During the month of October, our board of directors and the sales and marketing team held several meetings with representatives of our ally, Banco La Hipotecaria.
In the sessions, held in order to strengthen our relationships, they presented us with their new proposals to optimize customer procedures, seeking greater effectiveness to avoid delays with approvals; as well as the presentation of its new digital tools for attracting clients in conjunction with Casa Propia.
These meetings were led by the new General Manager Luis Fernando Guzmán on behalf of Banco La Hipotecaria, together with his sales and marketing team.
