La Valdeza Project, Panama – As part of its commitment to the integral development of its communities, Casa Propia held a special “Verano Feliz” (Happy Summer) event at the La Valdeza project, promoting sports, coexistence, and value-based training among local children and youth. The activity brought together nearly 250 people, including children, teenagers, parents, and neighbors, for a sports day where soccer took center stage. Teams made up of children and adolescents shared an atmosphere of healthy competition, camaraderie, and enthusiasm, strengthening community ties within the residential complex.
During the gathering, friendly matches, recreational activities, and a special awards ceremony were held to recognize the participants’ effort and dedication. The young champions received trophies and prizes, celebrating not only their sporting victory but also teamwork and perseverance. In addition to the tournament, the day included spaces for integration among parents, coaches, and neighbors, reaffirming the community spirit that characterizes La Valdeza.
This massive participation demonstrates that the growth of a residential project goes beyond infrastructure: it is also built through coexistence, active participation, and mutual support. More than houses, we build community. For Casa Propia, these types of community activities are part of its commitment to the comprehensive development of its projects. “Verano Feliz” provided children and youth with a safe space for recreation, promoting sports and values such as respect, discipline, and teamwork. With initiatives like this, we reaffirm that at Casa Propia, we don’t just build homes; we build communities where families can grow and share.
